Does your group have an interest in requesting a speaker to connect with nature, or learn more about the afforestation areas or their namesakes, Dr. George Genereux, Richard St. Barbe Baker or B.T. Chappell? We can also speak on the rich heritage of the afforestation areas which spans natural flora and fauna, a variety of history related to the afforestation areas, community development, and the work being done towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for instance.

Let us know the following details:

Your contact information, email, phone number.
If you have a group name or website, please include in your email.
If you have a date or time in mind- or if this will be set mutually.
Topic, or theme of your event. Please include the event programme, agenda, purpose or relevant information.
If you would like the speaker to meet in-person at your venue, or at the afforestation areas.
If your venue is selected, please submit the complete venue address.
If the speaker will be connecting virtually and if there is capacity for a slide show presentation to be shown.
Should the desigated speaker need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstance, we will let you know as soon as we can, and work to find a solution.
The Friends of the Saskatoon Afforestation Areas Inc. will review the request, and respond.
Please allow a period of notification for preparation purposes and so we can consult with the board of directors before the proposed event date.
If you are proposing event publicity which mentions the Friends of the Saskatoon Afforestation Areas Inc. participation, please advise before the media release, social media, ads, etc.
